Every SBE burner originates from a careful phase of technical analysis and design, in which fundamental parameters are evaluated, such as: thermal output, fuel composition, plant configuration and regulatory requirements.
Thanks to 3D modelling software and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, we can optimise the fluid-dynamic and thermal behaviour of the system even before production begins.

The production of SBE burners follows rigorous quality standards and uses carefully selected materials to ensure durability and reliability, even under extreme conditions. All components are manufactured and tested in-house. In addition, every burner undergoes functional checks and ignition tests before shipment. SBE provides technical assistance during all phases: installation, start-up and commissioning of the combustion system. Our technicians work alongside the client or EPC contractor on site, to ensure correct mechanical, electrical and control integration. The objective is to ensure that every plant operates from the outset with maximum efficiency and in full safety.

An efficient combustion system must be maintained over time. SBE offers personalised preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, with the objective of ensuring production continuity and reducing the risk of plant shutdowns.
We have a dedicated spare parts warehouse and qualified technical staff capable of responding rapidly, including on non-SBE burners.
The approach is proactive: periodic analysis, functional checks and technology upgrades allow the useful life of the plant to be extended and optimal performance to be maintained.

Training of operational staff is an essential part of our service. SBE organises technical courses – on-site or at the client’s plant – dedicated to the management, maintenance and safety of combustion systems.
The programmes are customisable and include theoretical and practical sessions, with real-operation simulations.
Thanks to our expertise, an operations-oriented approach and the use of clear language, we train teams capable of managing plants independently.

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis is one of the cornerstones of SBE’s design process. Through advanced simulations of flows and heat exchanges, it is possible to predict with great precision the behaviour of the flame, its interaction with the surrounding environment and the overall efficiency of the system.
This technology allows the geometry of the burner to be optimised, consumption and emissions to be reduced, and performance to be verified even before the physical prototype is built.
